AOPA "SUITCASING & OUTBOARDING" POLICY 



HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The AOPA hotel block will open in the late winter/early spring. The cut-off date to make reservations at the discounted rate will be August 11, 2025.*

AOPA has a special block of rooms available at the 4-star Hyatt Regency Orlando (9801 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819) at a discounted rate of $194++/night. There is a daily reduced fee of $5.00 that includes amenities, such as internet access in your guestroom, 24-hour access to the fitness center and classes.

Important Note About Fraudulent Solicitors
·      Mailing Lists: Unfortunately, there are many unethical companies contacting AOPA National Assembly exhibitors. They are falsely advertising AOPA  member and conference attendee email lists for sale. Please know that these offers are fraudulent. AOPA will never email you about purchasing the AOPA Assembly attendee or AOPA member lists. Furthermore, AOPA does not release member or attendee information to these companies. These companies can be shockingly aggressive and dishonest in their efforts to scam unsuspecting exhibitors and members. If you receive a solicitation and are confused as to whether it's legitimate, please feel free to contact kelly.oneill@aopanet.org for clarification..

·       Hotel Reservations: AOPA does not collaborate with third-party companies. You should only reserve your hotel reservations directly through the official show hotel, the Hyatt Regency Orlando. AOPA will provide a direct link to make your reservations.
